About the place

A cozy 3-room furnished bungalow will be available for rent in the countryside north of Utrecht starting 6 December. The house is 63 m², has a private garden, and is officially registered as a legal residence.

The monthly rent is €1200 excluding utilities (water, electricity, etc.). Utilities and local taxes are the tenant’s responsibility. There is no public transport within walking distance, so having a car is highly recommended — and there is a free parking spot available directly at the property.

The landlord is looking for a reliable, working couple who will treat the place with care. A deposit of two months’ rent is required. Standard documents will be requested, such as ID, employment contract, payslips, and a short introduction/motivation.
