The apartment consists of entire first floor of a house, with its own entrance, the owner (woman) lives at ground floor level. Dutch and English speaking 
livingroom (12 m2), bedroom (7.5 m2)
kitchen (8 m2) electric stove, microwave, fridge, plates, pans, etc.
bathroom (5,5 m2) with shower and washing machine 
corridor (2.5 m2)

Ideal for an expat, a PhD- or working person. Suitable for one person. Visitors allowed. Possibility to convert a couch and chair to a total of 4 beds.
 
Location is Renkum, nearby forests (200m) and at biking-distance from the Wageningen-campus (WUR) at 7 km. The area is safe and quiet. Opposite sportcenter with swimming pool, tennis- and padel courts. Surroundings are beautiful for walking and cycling.
Bus stop Wageningen-Arnhem is just 1 minute walking from the apartment.
