The apartment is a 10-minute bike ride from the city center and the central station, with free parking right in front of the door. Very convenient location relative to the station, city center, and Radboud University. And right near Goffertpark.
Price includes shared use of washing machine, dryer, freezer, iron, and vacuum cleaner.

It is located on the first floor, the entrance is shared with three housemates. But the studio itself is otherwise fully independent.

The studio features a spacious open modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, wok burner, etc.
For yourself you have a mega large bathtub, private shower, private sink, and private toilet.

There is a shared garden with veranda where you can barbecue with friends. There is also a covered bike storage. We collect the waste ourselves, so you don’t have to take anything out.
It is partially furnished and carpeted/floored, but we are flexible on this. Internet is super fast.
The sleeping area can be separated from the rest by means of a curtain.
