Are you looking for a quiet, green place to stay in Nijmegen? Due to an extended holiday in Spain, we are renting out our home exclusively to a maximum of two people. No pets or smokers, please.

The apartment offers every comfort and features beautiful large south-facing windows, as well as a spacious garden of over 100 m² — truly unique so close to the city centre. This is a place to really enjoy life! The generous layout provides plenty of living space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern built-in appliances, including a steam oven, dishwasher, combi microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a Quooker boiling-water tap.

The living room has French doors opening onto the garden, making it the perfect spot for the coming spring. There is a large 4K LED TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. A staircase leads down to the basement level, where you will find a comfortable, spacious 20 m² bedroom, a modern walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Everything is spotlessly clean and ready for use.

In the garden, you can also enjoy a private sauna and hot tub.

Additionally, the hallway is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Everything you need is provided, including towels, bed linen, cutlery, plates, and more.

The vibrant city centre of Nijmegen is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and Central Station can be reached in 7 minutes by bike. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Goffert Park is within walking distance for those who enjoy sports or a relaxing walk.
