About the place

I'm going to travel for two months and it would be a shame to leave my place empty. It's close to the city centre of Nijmegen and certainly very nice in the summer months, with a balcony and close to the terraces of the center. You'll have everything to yourself, although my/your toilet is in the shared hallway, however, you don't have to share the toilet itself.
There are two other residents in the building who also have an apartment and are nice people. The landlord has his office on the ground floor, so I'm looking for someone quiet and takes into account that work has to be done below them.
Couples can also eligible, but then I have to ask 50 euros more for the rent, since the landlord will also charge me that.

I might be able to move out of my apartment as early as the beginning of May; please let me know if that is your preference.
