5 minutes' walk to the tram stop to Utrecht Center, station, and University.
5 minutes' walk to the shopping center.
Various parks nearby.
30 minutes' bike ride to Utrecht station.
Other:

Some of my belongings will be stored away in the apartment.
The exact period can be discussed, at most 2.5 till 3months.
