Appartment has 1 bedroom, hallway, bathroom with washing machine, storage room and large living room with kitchen, which has a build in oven.

Price will be roughly €775 excluding utilities. So rent subsidy is possible.

I'll leave almost all the furniture, shelves, etc. in the appartment, which have to be taken over.
