About the place

As I will be abroad for a month, I am offering my fully furnished apartment for sublet. The apartment is approximately 35 m² in size, spread over 2 floors.

The ground floor is practically laid out and features a living area with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen (electric stovetop, refrigerator, combi oven/microwave), a dining area, and a workspace.

The upper floor contains a sleeping area and a bathroom. There is a shared laundry room, including a dryer, in the residential complex.

The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of Wyck, allowing you to reach the train station within a 7-minute walk and the city center within 3 minutes. Cozy restaurants and shops are right at your doorstep; however, as the apartment is located at the rear side of the building, there is no noise disturbance.

The rent is €1,250 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. A flexible rental period is negotiable.
