A 30-minute travel time from Utrecht Central Station is a fully furnished house suitable for a maximum of 2 students.
We prefer two students who want to move in at the same time and who have a good relationship with each other.
The house has a total surface area of 75 m2. 
Shared use of living room, kitchen, shower, toilet, bicycle shed and garden.
Rent incl. service costs € 1250 per month (excl. g/w/e, internet).
Present are washing machine, dryer, solar panels.
Rent is entered into for a maximum of 2 years.
Smoking is not allowed.
