We would like to refer you to the following information about the house: A completely ready-to-live family home, which will not be delivered furnished. We therefore expect tenants to treat the property with care. We are looking for workers who are responsible, neat and orderly. Those who keep their agreements. Busy, frequent house parties and other disturbing factors that put the neighbourhood or home in (immediate) danger or nuisance will not be tolerated in any form! However, there is room for a balance, whereby a BBQ can be organized in the summer and of course your own visitors can arrive in complete cleanliness. The introductory meeting is not only to give us an impression of you, but also for you to get an idea of us as a landlord. What you can expect from us: - Constant support and contact possible for (peripheral matters surrounding the rental and/or home. - In consultation, if desired, agreements regarding maintenance of the garden - Cleaning every 2 week Additional points of interest: - Pets allowed - Including registration address Other information In addition to the basic rental price, there is an additional in service (€50) and GWE costs (depends on own usage). After each year, a report will be published providing insight into what consumption has been made and if excess costs have been incurred. TV & internet costs are your own responsibility. We also ask for proof of stable demonstrable income or financial support from parents. As long as there is a stable frequent form of income.
