Large sheltered garden (75m2!), lots of privacy, with tiled terrace around the entire house and private parking next to the house on Vlietpark (Leiden).

Available between October 4 and 15, 2026, for a MAXIMUM of 2 people - couple - not really suitable for sharers - until at least September 1, 2027. 

Of course, the house is well insulated, equipped with double glazing, and a beautiful wooden floor in the living room, heated with a cozy and warm pallet stove! 

Layout: Living room of 28m2 with open kitchen, large windows allowing lots of light and a view of the garden. Modern open kitchen, fully equipped with all built-in appliances such as dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, 4 burner stove and freestanding large fridge with 3 freezer drawers. Large bedroom of 15m2 with a new bed of 1.60/1.80-2.00 and large built-in wardrobe. There is also an extra small room with washing machine and dryer and large built-in wardrobe. Also, attic / storage available, so lots of extra storage space! 

Fully tiled bathroom with large modern shower, toilet, floating washbasin with mirror and towel radiator. 
Garden around the bungalow of more than 75m2!! Sun or shade all day long, what you wish for and parking for one car at the bungalow. 

Bungalow is located on the Vlietpark with its own number in Leiden, a private park, with closed access and its own keycard for barriers. 
You can stay here all year round, no restriction and registration with the Municipality of Leiden is possible! 

RENTAL PRICE: (Minimum until September 1, 2027 – MAXIMUM 2 people) € 1,875 per month, including furniture & upholstery and inventory EXCLUDING G/ W/E/ and Internet and mandatory garden maintenance.
