Sheltered and tiled garden with lots of privacy, private parking at Vlietpark (Leiden) and yet a 10-minute bike ride from Leiden center / CS and roads! 

The house will be furnished, photos displayed unfurnished. Bungalow will be available from September 20st 2026, for a MAXIMUM of 2 people for a minimum of 1 year.

The house is well insulated, equipped with double glazing, and a beautiful wooden floor in the living room, heated with a cozy and warm pallet stove!

Living room of 28m2 with open kitchen, large windows allowing lots of light and views of the garden. Modern open kitchen, fully equipped with built-in appliances such as dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, 4 burner stove and freestanding large fridge with 3 freezer drawers. 

Large bedroom of 15m2 with space for bed of 1.60/1.80-2.00 and large built-in wardrobe. There is also an extra (small study) room.
Attic / storage room available, so lots of extra storage space!

The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Fully tiled bathroom with large modern shower, toilet, floating washbasin with mirror and towel radiator. Separate room / space for washing machine and dryer to be placed yourself. 

Garden surrounding the bungalow = more than 75m2!! Sun or shade all day long, what you wish for and parking for one car at the bungalow. 

Bungalow is located on the Vlietpark with its own number in Leiden, a private park, with closed access and its own keycard for barriers. 
You can stay here all year round, no restriction.

RENTAL PRICE:
(Minimum period 1 year – MAXIMUM 2 people)
€ 1,875 per month, including furniture & upholstery EXCLUDING G/ W/E/ and Internet and mandatory garden maintenance.
