We are looking for a spontaneous, clean girl for room 1, which will be rented out on the 1ste of Januari.
A total of 3 students live in the apartment. 1 from Croatiä.
The room is about 10 m2 in size.
There is a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet which you share with your housemates.
Distance to bus stop 200 meters. Distance to NHL Stenden 2.5 km. Station is 10 minutes by bike.
Bicycles can be locked in the basement.
It is possible to register with the municipality of Leeuwarden.
Rental price E 260, - excluding: Heating (central), water, electricity, internet. The additional costs for this are approximately € 150.
There is laminate over the floor.
No takeover items for laminate, curtains and roller blinds.
This is a one-year contract and can then be extended by one year.
