About the place

Largely furnished. 
A complete kitchen with a big electric oven, 5 gaspoints to cook on, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, watercooker, washing machine. 

There are 2 floors, below it's the kitchen/living room. Up on the stairs, 2th floor, you’ll find a large space with a lounge sofa, toilet /bathroom  and a double bed. 

IMPORTANT:
-Only temporary rental, max. of 6 months. 
-Preferably students/PhD's/visiting teachers/researchers

Located in Hoogblokland, a sweet small village. Guesthouse is located in a green, lushy garden with animals. Quitte aria. Dogs/cats (inside) are welcome. 

Travel to the city:
-Car: 25 minutes to Utrecht Science Park (without traffic jam). 
-Public Transport: 
10 minutes cycle to the busstation, 
50 minutes travel by bus to Utrecht Science Park or 40 minutes travel to the centre of Utrecht. 

Supermarket, butcher, bakery; within 1 km. 
-In Gorinchem (5 km) you'll find any shop imaginable.
