About the studio
• Approx. 25 m² on the top floor, with high ceilings and lots of natural light
• Spacious walk-in shower, practical kitchen, smart TV and fast wifi
• Living area overlooking the trees – beautiful in every season
• Accessible via two staircases (no lift)
• Use of a bicycle available on request

Location
• 5-minute walk to the heath
• 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central
• Supermarket, bakery, butcher and cheese shop within walking distance
• Close to Laren and the Singer Museum

Who is this for?
A working woman, for instance a co-parent (the studio sleeps 3 people), who wants a peaceful place to land.
I live with my daughters on the ground and first floor; we only share the staircase.

Rental Conditions
• €750 per month, all-inclusive (utilities + internet)
• Deposit: 2 months’ rent
• Rent + deposit paid upfront
• Stable income required
• Rental period: Jan 3 – June 30, 2026
• Option to extend if it feels right for both of us
• No smoking

Quiet hours
(only during child weeks, every other Friday to Friday)
My oldest daughter sleeps on the top floor for ten nights a month. Therefore:
• After 20:00 no noisy kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, blender)
• Showering upstairs before 21:00; downstairs shower always available
• Quiet use of the staircase between 19:00–21:00 due to bedtime routine
• No loud music after 21:00

During child-free weeks:
Full freedom. Your children or partner may stay overnight. For multiple guests, please check in advance.
