About the place

Hi everyone,

I am subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Hilversum from 1st of November for at least 3 months with the possibility of extending the rental period. The exact duration is flexible and can be agreed upon depending on your needs. Long term stays are preferred.

The apartment is fully furnished, with all furniture and appliances being brand new. Due to the condition and furnishings of the apartment, a security deposit will be required. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided that the apartment is returned clean and in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay.

I would preferably rent the apartment to one person, although I would also consider renting it to a couple. Please note that utility costs would be slightly higher for two people (1600Euros). 

The apartment is located in a very convenient and central area of Hilversum, just a three-minute bike ride from Hilversum Station and within a three-minute walk of the city centre and local shops. An Albert Heijn supermarket is located right next to the building. The location is also ideal for people working at Media Park.

I am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant who will take good care of the apartment and its furnishings throughout the rental period.
