About the place

Behind our home, we offer for rent a charming and fully self-contained detached back house. The property is part of a characteristic former wine warehouse dating back to 1912. The back house was originally used as office space and stables and has since been converted into a comfortable home with its own unique character.

The property has its own private entrance and staircase and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a separate toilet, and one bedroom. In front of the house is a secluded courtyard for your exclusive use. We do have access to the wine cellars via this courtyard; however, this does not affect your privacy.

The total living area is approximately 70 m².
Dimensions:
Living room: approx. 3.80 x 3.10 m
Bedroom: approx. 3.45 x 3.30 m

The house is delivered unfurnished. The current tenant, however, offers the option to take over several items of furniture and appliances, including a bed, sofa, refrigerator, combi microwave, and washing machine.

Rental conditions:
- Rent: €1.200 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet
- Municipal taxes are included
- Minimum rental period: 12 months
- Security deposit: one month’s rent
- The courtyard is to be maintained by the tenant
- Registration at the address or eligibility for housing allowance (rent subsidy) is not possible.

We ourselves live in the main house and have two dogs and a cat, which move freely in our garden.
