About the place

I am renting my beloved apartment to one person (with registration) for about year. I am moving abroad for a year with my work. It is about 50sqm, has 1 bedroom, bathroom, separate WC and living room/kitchen. It comes equipped with furniture (washing machine not included but there is space for it). Looking for a nice stable person to keep it while I'm gone.
