About the place

Dear interested renters,

Due to a long holiday with my girlfriend, I am offering our apartment for rent for 3 months (August through October). We are going to live in Italy for a trial period of 3 months, but are not yet ready to terminate our lease.

Our cozy apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and open kitchen on the ground floor. We also have a lovely garden for sitting outside. Our house is fully furnished, and utilities such as electricity, gas, water, lighting, internet, and Netflix are taken care of. We are looking for a friendly single person or couple who would like to come and enjoy our apartment.

The rent price is including utilities and is the same as we pay to the landlord.
