About the place

Are you looking for a nice, private place of your own in Groningen with the city center just around the corner? Starting in January, I will be subletting my beautiful and furnished apartment at the Zaagmuldersweg!
The apartment (approx. 43 m²) was built in 2013, has a green energy label A, and is equipped with all modern conveniences. Thanks to the large windows, the home feels wonderfully spacious and enjoys an abundance of natural light. The living room with an open kitchen provides access to your own balcony (approx. 4 m²), where you can enjoy a beautiful and lively view of the surroundings. There is a separate, comfortable bedroom and a neat bathroom.
An extra bonus for the indoor climate: The property is equipped with a Climarad ventilation system. This means you can enjoy continuously fresh and pre-heated air all winter long, without having to open a window against the cold!
The location is highly favorable. You will be living in the popular Oosterparkwijk, with the bustling center of Groningen and the Grote Markt just a few minutes away by bike. A large supermarket (Jumbo), various shops, eateries, and the UMCG hospital are literally around the corner. Both the Zernike Campus and the Central Station are quick and easy to reach by bike or bus (bus stop is nearby). In addition, the apartment has its own parking space (at no extra cost), so you can park your car - or that of friends or family - there.
