About the place

We're subletting our lovely apartment on Westersingel from March to mid-June. Exact dates are negotiable. 

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There's also a laundry room, a separate toilet, and a balcony (sunshine in the morning and early afternoon).

Pro's:
- Balcony
- Underfloor heating
- High ceiling, and bright apartment with lots of windows
- Quiet side of the building (not facing the road)
- Perfect location: in the city center, all facilities within walking distance, right next to the Noorderplantsoen park

We prefer to sublet the apartment furnished, but there's a lot possible.
