About the place

Looking for a single tenant.
The apartment is located in a peaceful street within walking distance of central station and station Europapark. It is also in walking distance of the city center of Groningen. 
The place is recently rebuilt, new kitchen area, new floor, isolated walls and floor. But it is not finished yet. This  October we will continue with the work on it, hence this apartment is only available from july to october 1st.  It might even be necesary for a handyman to pass through the apartment to enter the backyard (to work on the shed over there)  for a week or so this August. 
So I am looking for a relaxed tenant who  does not mind that we sometimes have to pass through. Also it would be nice if the tenant would regularly water the plants in the small backyard and in front of the house.
