About the place

Hello, I will be abroad for work and am subletting my apartment for three months.

The apartment was newly renovated last summer and is fully furnished, bright, and well maintained. It is suitable for a quiet and responsible tenant.

Preference for someone staying temporarily (e.g. work, research).
