About the place

From 1 December, a spot opens up in our house right in the centre of Groningen, for an indefinite period. Age and gender don't matter. The room is only for master's students, working professionals or PhD candidates. Internationals are welcome.

All yours: the entire 1st floor
- Large, bright bedroom of approx. 32 m² overlooking the Waagplein
- Private bathroom with bathtub (approx. 6 m²)
- Private hallway and storage room
- Toilet on your own floor

Shared (with me, 1 working housemate, 31, male)
- Kitchen
- Living room of approx. 32 m² (I rarely use it, so in practice plenty of space for you)
- Hallway
- Laundry room on the 2nd floor
- Two toilets (1st floor and ground floor)
- Spacious basement storage of approx. 10 m² for bikes, boxes and other things
