About the place

From October 2023 to April 2023 I will go to my girlfriend in Mexico. That is why I rent out my home during that period for a fixed period of 6 months. The house is located in the cozy Oosterpoortbuurt in Groningen with walking distance of the center. The house has a stair to the top with the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Downstairs you have a spacious balcony next to the living room and kitchen. The house also contains a number of wellness elements such as a massage chair and a jacuzzi. Use of this is included in the price, just like everything that is in the house. Of course we will make agreements about a normal amount in terms of use to cover the costs.
