TEMPORARY 3 MONTH RENTAL; from 16th of March to 16th of June with possible extension of 1 month 

My gorgeous, private and spacious cityside 55m2 apartment. It’s located in front of the famous Akerk. Equipped with literally everything you need, the apartment is perfect for those who are exploring the city during the summer, expats living abroad temporarily or students that are looking for a longer term option to stay for the next study-year. 

It’s important that you are cat friendly, since my friendly cat Maui will stay with you in the house to keep you company. He does not need much care besides a sweet little pet on the head and refill of his automatic feeder.

The apartment has 1 separate bedroom with a bed that is suitable for a couple, 2 grand windows that open to a nice overview of the city, new tv, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, airfryer, oven/microwave combi, induction cooker, use of towels and bedding (1 set). The bathroom is spacious and clean, with everything you need.

Important: I make room for your stay, however, not everything I own will be gone. A contract is signed for the sublease during the rent period. The official (my) lease will not be in your name. It is advisable to be insured to cover your costs if anything happens. 

With your stay I include tips on where to have the best drinks, study places or other cool local stuff. So you can have fun!

The apartment is deep cleaned once month (bi weekly can be arranged). There’s a fee of €25 per cleaning, paid in cash to the cleaning lady.
