About the place

Hi there!

I’ll be traveling this summer and am looking for someone to temporarily sublet my apartment.

The period is approximately July 1st until September 1st, with the possibility to stay longer (ideally until November). The start date is flexible, and moving in a bit earlier can be discussed.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the Grote Markt, so right in the city center with everything close by. You’ll have the place entirely to yourself.

It comes fully furnished, but we can discuss removing some items if you’d like to bring a few of your own.

I’m looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and respectful of the space. Even though it is in the city center, the street is pretty quiet!

The rent is €1200 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.
