The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with unobstructed views over the surrounding meadows. It includes a kitchen with a bar and five bar stools, a large dining table, a small sofa, a worktable and a daybed measuring 1.20 × 2.00 metres. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.

The garden and veranda can be accessed through the regular door or the French doors. The garden borders a meadow where three horses live.

The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and includes a toilet, shower and washbasin.

Upstairs, there is another spacious and bright room with a double bed measuring 1.40 metres wide, a seating area and a large table that can also be used as a desk.

Babs and Bol, two very sweet elderly cats, also live in the rear section of the farmhouse. They need to be fed twice a day and love plenty of cuddles. There is no litter box, as they can go outside through their cat flap. The landlord is therefore looking for someone who loves cats and will enjoy having them around and taking care of them.

Rental period: 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027  
The property will be rented temporarily under a diplomatic clause.

This is a fixed rental period, and it is not possible to terminate the agreement before 31 March 2027. The property may possibly become available one week earlier.

Monthly costs:

- Rent: €1,650
- Gas and electricity: based on actual consumption. During the same six-month period in previous years, the average was between €290 and €370 per month
- Water: €50
- Internet: €35
- Waste collection: €7.50

Security deposit: two months’ rent.
