A fully furnished single-family home is available for rent. It is located at Oostveenwegstraat near the Enschede city centre, about 2.8 km from Saxion and 5.7 km from UT. The rental period is for a minimum of six months, starting on February 15.  It has a large kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a utility room, an in-site garage, a storage place, and a beautiful garden.

The house can be rented: (1) per room as a CoLiving space with an individual contract for two guests, 750 Euros per room, all-inclusive; or (2) for a small family (e.g. married couple and 1 child), 1400 Euros, all-inclusive.
 
Registration is possible. Rental allowance is not possible. The place is only for quiet and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visiting researchers. Adults should be a minimum of 23 years old (no exceptions).
