As of **September 1st**, **two rooms** will become available in a spacious and well-maintained house in **Enschede**. The rent is **€675 per room per month**.

The house has a total of three bedrooms. The third bedroom is currently occupied by a **female tenant**, who will continue living in the house. Therefore, we have a preference for **two female tenants**, so that the household composition remains a good fit.

The property is spacious, well maintained, and features a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is also a **bicycle storage area** available for residents.

**Housing allowance (huurtoeslag) is not available for these rooms.**
