The apartment is situated on the first floor of a house, with separate entry. In the entry hall there is a washing machine and dryer freely available, and it has space to store bikes. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, closet and window blinds. The room is spacious and has plenty daylight. The house can be occupied by one person.

The apartment has a large living room (40m2) with a seating area and a kitchen with separate kitchen island, including an oven and microwave and including a refrigerator. The shower and separate toilet on the same floor are situated on the passage. The apartment is very conveniently situated, in a quiet residential area, just 500 meters from the city center, with supermarkets within walking distance (200m and 400m). 

The train/bus station is only 1km, Saxion 1.5 km and Twente University 3.8 km. We are looking for a serious renter that wants to live in an upmarket apartment with lots of space and privacy. The room is rented directly from the house owner, with NO (monthly) commission fee.
