RENTAL CONDITIONS
Initial fixed-term rental agreement for 1 year.
After the initial rental period, the agreement may, subject to mutual agreement and satisfaction of both parties, be renewed by entering into a new fixed-term rental agreement for an additional 1 year.
The property is suitable for a maximum of 2 occupants.
The total monthly contractual rent is €2,600.
If the property is occupied by two people, the tenants may divide the rent between themselves.
The landlord enters into the rental agreement with the tenant(s) and considers the full contractual rent of €2,600 per month to be payable under the rental agreement.
If two tenants are jointly named in the rental agreement, both tenants are jointly responsible for fulfilling all obligations arising from the rental agreement.
A security deposit will be required in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
The property may only be used as a private residence.
Subletting or allowing third parties to occupy or use the property is only permitted with the landlord's prior written consent.
Pets are only permitted with the landlord's prior written consent.
Smoking inside the property is not permitted.
The property must be occupied carefully and maintained in good condition and must be returned in good condition at the end of the rental period.
An inspection of the property may take place at the beginning and at the end of the rental period.
Any damage that cannot be considered normal wear and tear may be charged to the tenant(s) in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable Dutch law.
