About the place

Only for 2 Master's/PhD students (must be students who are both coming from outside of Eindhoven, i.e. currently not yet living in Eindhoven).

If interested, please indicate where you are studying, and from which municipality you are moving from. Please only contact me if you are 2 students who already know each other.

Comfortable apartment with garage in a quiet area, but still very close to central Eindhoven. With one bedroom 16m², and one bedroom (or office) 10 m².

EUR 1620 per month, including service costs, excluding g/w/e and Internet.

The apartment is furnished with basic furniture (2 beds, 1 closet with space for a 2nd one, dining table, bookshelf). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a combi microwave-oven. There is a washing machine and a little balcony, and the building has an elevator.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Tenants are required to register at the municipality.

Visits: October 24/25 (a different date might be possible).
