About the place

In-house apartment for 1 working calm non-smoker, preferably for at least one year. Rent price excludes gas, electricity, internet and water, for which the advance would amount to 75€ per month during the first year. 

1 room on the 1st floor with balcony, as well as the full lockable 2nd floor with a separate kitchen with kitchenware, shower, toilet, washing table, furniture, internet. There is a common entrance hall, stairs, washing machine, deepfreeze. Quiet neighbourhood with free parking, woods at 200m, shops at 5min cycling.

To get a good impression of you, I would like to ask you a few questions:
