Selection


There is no waiting list. Homes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional information from the landlord:
- I originally designed and furnished this apartment for myself to live in, but since I'm leaving the Netherlands for 6 months, I’ve decided to rent it out. That’s why I’m specifically looking for someone who needs a place for a 6-month period.  All of my belongings will stay in the apartment, so it's fully equipped—you'll basically only need to buy groceries! It's very warm and cozy in the winter, and I keep the temperature at 20°C+ since heating is included in the service costs.  Priority will be given to someone who is willing to care for my cat for about 2–3 weeks over the New Year holidays, when my friends (who usually pet-sit) will be away. As a bonus, I can also include my electric bike in the rent if you'd like to use it! :)
