About the place

From july 1st we have a funished family house available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Franciscus Sonniusstraat. 

The living space is 104m2 . The house has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (2 big and 1 small, also suitable for at home office), bathroom, separate toilet, attic and small garden. The house is furnished. 
The price is € 1370 per month excluding utilities (GWL, taxes etc.). 

We are looking for someone or a family who is excellent at keeping the house clean.

Registration is possible. 
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
No drugs allowed. 
No pets allowed.

The viewing is planned on the 6th of June,  both online and physical viewings are possible. In consultation, a different date is possible for a viewing .
