For rent from mid-July 2026: a spacious apartment in a quiet residential area (protected village view) of Dieren-Zuid, within walking distance of Dieren intercity station (9 min -> Zutphen, 12 min -> Arnhem, and 28 min -> Nijmegen). Very spacious private kitchen including lots of appliances, spacious living room and a large office/bedroom and walk-in closet. Front door, hallway, and bathroom are shared, however, the other tenant has the kitchen downstairs and bathroom downstairs. The apartment has its own little garden.
