We are looking for a fellow tenant for
A 3 rooms apartment in a big double house at the eastern border of Didam close to the highway and the railway station, The house is situated in a green surrounding and there are enough free parking places. The house from 1993 is completely renovated . In it are 6 appartments with a laminaat floor and curtains. The appartments have a common front door, but all the rooms can be locked. The amount of the rent  makes a rent supply possible. The heating is with electric panels. The owners of the house live also there.
For a 3 rooms apartment on the second floor we are looking for a loyal, quiet, non smoking, outside working tenant who can adept to the atmosphere of the house. The apartment consists of a living room of 22 square meter at the west and 2 big store cupbords, a sleeping room of 11 square meter with washing table at the south, a kitchen of 9 square meter at the south, a shower, a toilet of your own. Totally almost 50 square meter.  The kitchen has a ceramic cooking plate, an oven,  a washing machine and a fridge.
