The appartment is situated on the third floor of a big house at the eastern site of the village Didam, Montferland. De front door is common with soms other renters The building is surrounded by a lot of green, close to the railway station of Didam Also the shops are nearby. The stairs to the second floor is common with other renters. On that floor is a common washing machine and dryer.The stairs to the third floor is yours. The appartment has a shower of your own, a own toilet and a own kitchen with a fridge, an electric cooking plate and an oven.
