Hi! We're the current tenants of this apartment and we're moving back to Germany at the end of December. Our landlord has kindly agreed to let us leave our lease early if we find someone to take over, so we're looking for a couple or two people to move in from January 1st 2027.

The apartment is well laid out and perfect for two people. It has a bedroom, a separate office that could also be used as a second bedroom, a big and bright living room, a separate bathroom, a large utility room and a large balcony. It's located close to Den Haag HS station, so you're quickly in the city centre, Rotterdam or Leiden, and it comes with its own parking spot.

Rent: €1850 per month
Available from: January 1st 2027

The rental contract will be signed directly with the landlord. The landlord requires a combined gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent (€5550).
