Enjoy a bright, comfortable apartment in the heart of Scheveningen’s charming Old Town. Just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach, with its beach bars and water sports, and steps away from the local shopping street. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, the apartment is **particularly well suited to two working professionals sharing a home or a small family**. It's a perfect base for enjoying the beach or exploring The Hague, with a tram stop just one minute away (15 minutes to the city centre).

The apartment enjoys **sunlight throughout the day whenever the weather allows**, making it a wonderfully bright and pleasant place to live.

This is our own home, so it has a personal, lived-in feel, with plenty of books, CDs, toys, a skateboard and other children's things.

**The space**

The apartment occupies the top two floors of a classic Dutch house, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

**Lower floor – bedrooms and workspaces**

The lower floor is divided into two spacious areas, making it particularly convenient for two working professionals who would each like their own private space.

- **Front room:** A spacious, bright bedroom with a large double bed, a loft bed, and a desk and sitting area. It offers plenty of space for both sleeping and working.
- **Back rooms:** A second spacious area consisting of two interconnected rooms. The first has a built-in bed, a desk and a seating area. Walking through this room leads to a separate sleeping room with a bunk bed for two.

This layout allows two professionals to occupy the front and back sections separately, each with their own sleeping and working space. Equally, it works well for a small family, with flexible sleeping arrangements for parents and children.

The lower floor also has a separate toilet and bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available (no dryer), and a launderette is just a minute away on the nearby shopping street.

**Upper floor – living area**

Upstairs you'll find a spacious, sun-filled, open-plan living area with a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a comfortable lounge corner and a sunny balcony. With sunlight coming in throughout the day when the sun is out, it's a lovely space to cook, relax and spend time together.

**Cleaning included**

Professional cleaning every two weeks is included in the rental price, making it easy to keep the apartment fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.

**Please note:** As is typical of traditional Dutch houses, the stairs are steep. Young children must be supervised at all times, particularly on the stairs and balcony. This is the responsibility of the tenants.
