About the place

Because I'm staying abroad for a longer period, I'm temporarily renting out my fully furnished ground-floor apartment in The Hague starting at the end of January (minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months (negotiable)).
It's a spacious 72m² apartment with a sunny garden in the vibrant Regentessekwartier. It has one bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room/kitchen, and a separate toilet. The rent is €1300 all-inclusive.
I'm very fond of my home and furniture. I'm looking for someone reliable who is clean and tidy.
