That’s why the rental period is fixed and cannot be extended.
No tenancy protection (temporary lease under Dutch Civil Code 7:271).

The beach at Kijkduin is a short bike ride away, and the city centre is only 5 km.

- Fully furnished — just bring your suitcase

💶 Rental conditions
- € 925 per month (furnished), excl. utilities
- Deposit: 2 months
- TV & internet arranged by tenant
- Max. 2 occupants
- Not suitable for sharers
- No smoking, no pets
