A unique and cosy fully furnished apartment located in a traditional courtyard (“hofje”) in The Hague, right on the edge of the city centre. You can walk into the centre in about 7 minutes.

The apartment is approximately 42 m² and has a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. The living room is spacious and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
The courtyard itself is very friendly and peaceful, which makes it a very nice place to live. 

The bedroom has a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 bed.

The kitchen is equipped with:
• 4-burner gas stove
• Large fridge and freezer
• Dishwasher
• Nespresso machine
• combi microwave
• Kettle
• Grill
• Rice cooker

There is also a washer-dryer combination available, as well as a Hydrosteam cleaning machine for the floor.

Important to know: this is an older apartment with charm and character, but it is not newly renovated or modern. If you are looking for a perfectly finished apartment, this may not be the right fit. If you appreciate authenticity, you will likely really enjoy it here.

Available for sublet from May to July. The rent is all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity and internet).
