About the place

Bedroom of 8 m² available in a nice five-room (student) house in the Laakkwartier area of The Hague. The neighborhood is lively and pleasant, with supermarkets and shops just around the corner. Within 10 minutes by bike, you can reach the city center or the train station, and there are tram stops on the street with connections in all directions.

You will share the house with 4 male housemates (aged 21–24) who are either studying or working. It is a social and active household. There is a spacious shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, as well as a small balcony. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

Bedroom: Base rent is €594 per month. Service costs are approximately €60 per month. The room is available from 23 June.
