On the top floor of the characteristic building at De Perponcherstraat 36 (Regentessekwartier, near Koningsplein), a fully furnished attic apartment of approximately 45 m² will become available from the 7th of June on. This is a self-contained home with its own front door and facilities; only the street door and stairwell are shared with two other friendly, working co-residents.

The apartment consists of a cozy living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, combi-microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle (premium brand appliances). In the immediate area you will find tram and bus connections and the charming Weimarstraat, Prins Hendrikstraat and Piet Heinstraat with many restaurants, cafés and coffee shops.
