About the place

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from 1 June until 1 September. I strongly prefer someone who can stay for the full three-month period.

I only moved in two months ago, so all the furniture is brand new, including the mattress, sofa, rugs, a new washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and dishwasher. You basically only need to bring your suitcase.

In addition, an HP all-in-one desktop computer will be delivered in the second week of June, which you are welcome to use during your stay :)

The apartment is located in the Zeeheldenkwartier, one of the nicest neighbourhoods in The Hague:

1 minute from the Palace Garden
3 minutes’ walk from Albert Heijn XL
5 minutes from the ICJ
10 minutes’ walk from Grote Markt

The neighbourhood is full of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops.

I am an honest, respectful, and transparent person, and I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment in the same way. I always keep my place clean and tidy, and I expect it to be treated with care. Smoking inside is not allowed, and I would appreciate it if the apartment is left in the same condition as you found it.

A small note: there is no separate dining table, but my desk can easily be moved to the middle of the room and, together with the small chairs, which I currently use as plant stands, and a tablecloth, turned into a cosy dining area. In the added photo, you can see an example of this with friends.

The rent is €1,300 per month all-inclusive, including water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. It is an ideal place for someone temporarily working or studying in The Hague.
