About the place

I’m looking for someone to sublet my apartment from 15 December to 1 February. I moved in only two months ago, so all the furniture is brand new — including the mattress, sofa, rugs, a new washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and a dishwasher. You only need to bring a suitcase.

The apartment is located in Zeeheldenkwartier, one of the nicest neighborhoods in The Hague:

- 1 minute walk from the Palace Garden
- 5 minute walk from the ICJ
- 10-minute walk to the Grote Markt
- 3-minute walk to Albert Heijn XL

You’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.

I keep my place very clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who will do the same. No smoking indoors, and please leave the apartment as you found it.

One small note: I don’t have a separate dining table, but my desk can easily be moved to the center of the room. With the small stools (usually used as plant stands) and a tablecloth, it turns into a cozy dining area. I’ve added a photo showing this setup with friends.

The rent is €900 per month, including water, electricity, and WiFi (my official rent is €1350). It’s an ideal place for someone working or studying temporarily in The Hague.
