Around April 20th, a fantastic ground-floor apartment in a terraced house will become available. The apartment is in a prime location, directly opposite the central station of Delft and within a 5-minute walk of the city center, where all shops are located.

The apartment features a living room, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower, a bedroom, and a kitchen. It also has a lovely backyard that gets sun for most of the day.

The monthly rent for the apartment is €1,350, including all costs. We also require a deposit of one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €2,025.
