The apartment is part of social housing, so the new tenant must meet the eligibility requirements of the housing organization. I will introduce a suitable candidate to the housing association.

Takeover (Overname):
The apartment is offered fully furnished. A reasonable compensation is required for taking over the room & furniture and existing items.
